T- Seeing my Granda play the accordion
M- Singing Wonderwall as a party piece in my Nana’s
R- Singing in the school choir
Is there a particular song/band/singer that made you want to be a musician?
T- Chris Martin
M- I remember being in the back seat of the car when I was 11. Oasis – Live Forever came on the radio. I was blown away. When I heard it was the same band who wrote Wonderwall, I just wanted to play music.

What song instantly reminds you of a particular person?
T- Mamma Mia Soundtrack reminds me of my girlfriend as she never stops listening to it.
R- Paul Van Dyk – Foreign Angel reminds me of my brother. It’s actually 20 years old this week.

T- Me by The 1975 – Authentic and candid
M- Baby Shark… Deep stuff
R- The first line of Strawberry Fields Forever by… It transports you into the world that Lennon is trying to create

T- Clocks by Coldplay – Such a recognisable and brilliant piano riff
M- Baby Shark… Lyrical genius
R- Fairytale of New York so I’d have plenty of drinking money at Christmas time
What song transports you back in time and why?
T- Starlight by Muse reminds me of secondary school
M- Calgary by Bon Iver reminds me of volunteering in Uganda. I used to listen to it religiously before going to sleep
R- Shine by Years and Years reminds me of inter-railing in 2015
